FULL PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS
1. Submit the full paper by clicking full paper submission icon
2. Prepare your manuscript according to provided guidelines
3. Upload your full paper through e-mail: submit@tgdentalcongress.com within the deadline (31st Oct 2019)
4. Receive review comments for your paper through qualified reviewers (15th Nov 2019)
5. Revise your paper based on review comments within 2 weeks
6. Upload the revised paper on or before the stipulated deadline (30th Nov 2019)
7. Letter of acceptance will be delivered to you by e-mail on 20th Dec 2019
8. Free registration will be offered for all whose full paper accepted by the committee.
9. The abstract will be presented during the conference
10. Get your full paper published in Chiang Mai Dental Journal (CMDJ) as informed in the letter of acceptance
   
Remark: The interesting topics are as follow: Esthetic Dentistry, Implantology, Integrated Biology or Digital Dentistry.


GUIDELINE FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
1. Manuscripts submitted must be clear.
2. Manuscript Typescripts: use A4 size paper, double spacing, one inch margins, important headlines underlined, pages single-sided, with page numbers on each page in the top right corner. Computer documents must use the Word Document Program Articles, including tables and illustrations, should not be longer than 20 pages.
3. Manuscripts must be in English
4. Illustrations should be sharp, black and white pictures. If color pictures are submitted, the cost of color printing is to be paid by the authors. If there are drawings, they must be made with drawing ink on thick, white, glossy paper. Picture numbers and authors’ names are to be penciled on the back of the pictures, and the upper edge of each picture must be identified. If electronic image files are to be used, the images should be supplied in TIFF or JPEG format with maximum quality. A description of each picture is to be typed separately, in ascending numerical order. The pictures should be submitted separately in envelopes, or separate files with individual filenames.
5. Tables are to be printed one per page. Titles, footnotes, descriptions of abbreviations and statistical significance are to be included. The manuscript should indicate where in the text the tables and illustrations are to be printed.



Format for Submitted full paper
Original articles and reviews should be itemized as follows:
❑ TITLE
should be short and informative, must not use abbreviations, and should be typed on the first page in both Thai and English.
❑ AUTHOR'S NAME
is to be printed on the second page. If there are several authors, arrange the names according to priority and give details of educational background, position, work place, and authors’ postal and e-mail addresses if available, both in Thai and English. Also print corresponding author’s name and address.
❑ ABSTRACT
is a short article referring briefly to objectives, methods, results (without quoting documents or illustrations or tables) and discussion. An abstract should be no more than 200 words in length and printed both in Thai and English. Keywords: Articles should append keywords or short phrases of 3-10 syllables that will help with indexing.
❑ TEXTS
of research reports should be separated into the following headings.




Introduction should include literature reviews of previous studies, research questions, and the rationale for conducting the study. The Introduction should not be too long and should be easy to read and understand.
Materials and Methods refers to the materials used in the study and the procedures and the methods by which the results were obtained. The Materials and Methods should be clearly described in a logical sequence.
Results show the data gained from the study’s design in text, tables and/ or illustrations, as appropriate.
Discussion is criticism, explanation and defense of the results from the standpoint of the author, and comparison with other peoples’ reports. The discussion can include criticism of materials, methods and study results, problems and difficulties, pointing out the benefits of adoption and providing feedback where appropriate.
Conclusions refers to a summary of the study or research results.
Acknowledgements is a thank you note to sponsors, contributors and supporters of the study and report.
References should be confined to documents relating to the author’s article or study. The number should not exceed 80, placed in order and using numbers which are raised and put in parentheses, starting with number 1 in the article and reference document’s name. If there are six or fewer authors to the reference work referred to, all their names will be included, but for seven and above, only the first three names will be given, followed by et al. Journal abbreviations should follow the latest edition of the Index Medicus.

Thai journals should be translated into English first, then put (in Thai) at the end, as written in the English example but with the full author name(s), beginning with the first (personal) name, and followed by the last name (surname) and the A.D. year date, as follows: Detsomboonrat P.
